WELCOME TO ECM’s PERFORMING ARTS COMMUNITY PROGRAM! Thank you for expressing interest in The Arts. Please take a moment to review the program requirements listed below. You may continue by completing the registration form and clicking the submit button. Please note, registration is not complete until you have successfully submitted the form. Again, we thank you for expressing interest and we look forward to creating great works of art together! The Arts is open to the public and is a FREE (yes free) workshop. Simply review the requirements listed below and submit a completed registration form by 2/1/24. Finally, expect an acceptance email listing all meeting times, locations and a supplies list if applicable. If you are unable to attend the scheduled meeting times, we ask that you kindly contact our program manager for official removal from the participants list via email jmills@theecm.org Thank you.

• Registration - Each participant must complete an online registration form
• Age Requirement - This workshop is offered to youth and young adults between the ages of 13 - 40 years of age only
• Residency - Participants must reside within the Los Angeles County
• Minors – We require written consent by a parent of legal guardian for participants under the age of 18
• Attendance - Participants may not exceed more than one absence per workshop program. Additional absences and/or consistent tardiness may result in being dropped from the program
• Mandatory Attendance - Attendance is required for Orientation (Week 1) and Commencement (Week 7). Non-negotiable.

• Waiver – Each participant or parent/legal guardian will be asked to sign a liability waiver during orientation
